the school needs an ideal teacher
who will also be a guidance

educator. For instance, if learners

come forward and share their
problems they are dealing and

affect their lives, especially
academics. Thus, make

recommendations or make

arrangements of professionals or
specialist such as social works

therefore learners can be able to find solutions on what they are dealing it. An
ideal teacher is the one who practice and advocate inclusivity in the classroom.

This means learners with different learning needs are accommodated and
catered.

With all being said it is clear that

the school mostly need that one
ideal teacher who will bridge the

gap between academic and social
life. And being able to connect with

learners so as to know more about

what might be bothering them
before learning can take place.
