Will I continue to have access to MoneyPass and AlphaLink Alliance
        ATM Networks?
        No. First Mid has a network of over 60 ATMs with 10 ATMs in the metro east area. When
        using your First Mid debit card, you may get cash back at most merchants with a PIN based
        transaction.  Additionally, First Mid offers several checking account products that offer refunds
        for non-First Mid ATM surcharges. Please call us at 877-888-5629 or stop by your local First Mid
        banking center if you would like to discuss checking account options.


        Personal Online Banking, eAlerts & Bill Pay
        Will I have access to my account information online with First Mid?
        Yes.  Online Banking services are available for your personal accounts through our website at
        www.firstmid.com.  If you are a First Clover Leaf Bank Online Banking customer, you will be
        automatically enrolled in First Mid’s Online Banking and in most cases will retain your First Clover
        Leaf Bank username.   If your username does change, you will be notified by letter.  First time
        password instructions were included on page 9 of the Customer Guide you received in the
        mail. You may also click “Forgot Password?” to initiate a reset prompt being sent to your
        email address on file.  After successfully logging in for the first time, the system will prompt you
        to change your temporary password and set up your security questions and answers.

        You may continue to access your Online Banking through www.firstcloverleafbank.com, by
        telephone or Mobile Banking until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 17, 2017.  Scheduled transactions
        made prior to 3:00 p.m. will be processed as normal. Access to your transaction history for First
        Clover Leaf Bank will not be available after 3:00 p.m.
          If you wish to print or archive any First Clover Leaf Bank eStatements, check
          copies, etc. you must do so before 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 17, 2017.

        It is important to make plans to sign into First Mid’s Online Banking through our website at
        www.firstmid.com beginning on Monday, March 20, 2017.  If you need assistance, please call us
        at 877-888-5629 or stop by your local First Mid banking center.
        Will my recurring or scheduled transfers need to be set up again in the First Mid
        Online Banking system?
        Yes.  If you currently have scheduled or recurring transfers set up in your current Online Banking
        system, you will need to reschedule these on the new system after your first log in.  Transfers
        will not be permitted over the conversion weekend, March 17 through March 19, 2017.  Please
        make note of these now so that you may set this up after your initial log in.

        Will I be able to pay my bills online with First Mid?
        Yes.  Online Bill Pay services are available.
        If you are currently utilizing First Clover Leaf Bank’s Bill Pay system, First Mid is converting
        your bill payments to our system.  Access to First Clover Leaf Bank’s Bill Pay system will end at
        3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2017.  We strongly suggest you print out your First Clover
        Leaf Bank’s Bill Pay history, payees and recurring payment information prior to March 15, 2017,
        so that you can verify that all information converted properly.

        You will be able to log into First Mid’s Online Banking to access your Bill Pay beginning Monday,
        March 20, 2017.  The first time you log in, you will need to accept the terms and conditions.  All
        accounts, payees and future dated payments will be converted over, but we encourage you to
