Recommended use

1 tablet per day or as recommended N.B.: Take on an empty stomach. In case of digestive problems such as cramps or stomach
ache: take with the meals.

Precaution

People with a sensitive stomach, gastritis or ulcers may suffer from stomach
ache. This side effect is lowered if you take the tablets during meals.
