Thank you for your email.

The works are to develop the property into 14 flats which Interbay are aware of from when drawdown of the loan to my
client. Those works have not yet been carried out. In addi on, there is now poten al for 23 flats to be built and so a further
applica on will be made for planning permission. I have a ached the plans for the proposed 14 flats as well as the plans for
the poten al 23 flats.

The works are not planned to be started un l at least 2025 as all due diligence is to be carried out in obtaining all the
required consents etc. Therefore, the loan is actually to fund the process of ge ng to the works stage.

My client has paid the £50.00 directly to Interbay.
