9.7    The full planning position can only be obtained by undertaking a formal search.  In
                     preparing our valuation for this report we have, unless otherwise indicated, therefore
                     relied on information obtained from our own, informal verbal enquiries to the relevant
                     local planning authority.  We would however emphasise that planning information
                     provided by local planning authorities is given without any liability on their part and
                     accordingly, we are unable to accept liability in this regard.  We have not seen, unless
                     otherwise indicated, any planning consents and have assumed that the building has
                     been erected and is used in accordance with all requisite consents, that all conditions
                     attached to such consents have been complied with in full and that the subject property
                     is free from any enforcement action.
