• Manage the day-to-day responsibilities at the property including

  required maintenance.
• Ensure the rent roll is correct and accounts receivable is accurate.
• Ensure sales reports, HVAC contracts, and insurance certificates are

  current.
• Be the point person for all communication with the clients, brokers, and

  commercial tenants.
