Creating the BE Experience

Flower arrangements create warmth and excitement. Depending on your space and budget, follow these
recommendations for maximum welcome and appeal:

• Consider the size and number of interaction spaces — front desk, concierge desk, hospitality bar, etc. —
when deciding how many arrangements and how large they should be

• Arrange for weekly delivery through local florists (consider partnership opportunities and cross promotions
to help offset costs)

• Where appropriate to space and budget, consider an orchid in place of a full arrangement — be sure to
rotate monthly
