Main interest
Wilson’s main interest is to become a Commissioner and/or Compliance Director
of a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) or a Public/Private Enterprise (and/or other
related fields). He believes that it would maximize value creation and/or the impact
of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) implementation in a SOE and/or business
company through not only monitoring and oversight of management performance,
but also formulating the strategic direction from the future of the enterprise in the
long term, involvement in crucial executive decisions, and recognizing responsibilities
to those making legitimate demand for accountability.

Profile
Wilson is a professional with 20 years in-depth understanding on Corporate
Governance, Risk Management, Compliance (GRC), Strategic Management and
Human Capital Management. He possesses broad exposures, mostly in developing
and/or implementing of GRC function. Currently, Wilson engages himself in the
Corporate Governance and Compliance.

He spent first 1 years of his career in Educational and Financial Training Agency,
Financial Department Republic of Indonesia. Then he joined with PT Bank Tabungan
Negara (Persero) Tbk (Bank BTN). With Bank BTN, Wilson gained exposure with
