He was recognized as a GCG expert and/or key team player with outstanding
achievement. As a key team player, he was leading many projects such as The ASEAN
Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) Implementation Project that successes bring
Bank BTN as one of the two most outstanding publicly-listed companies in Indonesia
in terms of the improvement of its corporate governance practices in 2015. The ACGS
provides a rigorous methodology benchmark against international best practices.
Publicly list companies in six participating ASEAN members’ commitment to promote
corporate governance in order to increase foreign direct investment into the region. And
then, as an expert, he has been delivered speeches and/or training public events. He has
also a productive professional writer that published many books, papers and/or articles
(as enclosed at working experiences list below).

In 2002, he complemented his professional experiences by taking Master of
Management Gadjah Mada University and graduated in May, 2004 (Field: Marketing;
with GPA 3.81 from scale 4; predicate: cum laude), and also attended international
training/workshop/ conference programme such as in Manila, Philippines (2015);
Sydney, Australia (2014); Lonavala, India (2012), Birmingham, England (2010) and
Fontainebleau, France (2010).

Currently, Wilson Arafat serves as Corporate Governance Department Head at Bank
BTN, reports projects to Director of Strategic, Risks and Compliance. He responsible
to develop, manage and implementing all about Corporate Governance aspects
through three of main areas, covering: (1) Strategic Governance; (2) Governance
Analyst; and, the last but not least, (3) Ethic Management.
