PROGRAMMING
Video Podcasts are gaining in popularity at MCCAM. The
Town Manager, Jay McGrail, started his video podcast this
year and has created 14 episodes to date. The Public Health
Nurse has also started a new podcast called The Pulse. Three
episodes of The Pulse were produced. Human Interest with
Luke and Alice was also recorded in the podcast room.
MCCAM has a new program called Middleborough Oral
History that has done 3 episodes in the studio in 2024. Vince
Journalas continues to record his monthly Tai Chi program
in the studio. Middleborough Resident Paul D’Espinosa
produced his own play and performed and recorded it in the
MCCAM studio. The play, Charlemagne and Harry, was
written and created by Paul and directed by Peg Holzemer.
The MCCAM studio is also used regularly for board and
commission meetings as well as training for municipal
employees and group zoom meetings for various
departments in town.
MCCAM also airs the School Committee meetings, Annual
and Special Town Meetings are covered by MET.
