• Third 45 secs – Pass to hand, girl catches, handpasses back and turns to take next etc.
10.10 – Set out 3 cones in a line 25 to 30m apart with a sliotar at either end. Girls in groups of 3 work the girl in the
middle again intensely for 45 seconds and switch
• First 45 sec – take low ball from end, attack control, hurley pass back and turn
• Second 45 sec – take high ball from end, attack control, hurley pass back and turn
10.17 – Water break
10.20 – Chat to girls and prepare for mini matches –
10.25 – 14 minute a side games with 2 minute water break and to switch sides in middle
10.55 – Warm down and conversion.
11am Finish
