This proposed selling price range for the villa homes and
townhouses has been formulated based on position,
rotation, aspect and current market conditions. Due to the
finishes and specific detail of each townhouse being
unclear at this stage, we are only able to speculate the
range of possible selling prices in this current time based
on these aforementioned factors.

Professional Fees

Peter Taranto Real Estate propose a selling fee for our
services calculated on the basis of the discounted rate of
2.2%, GST Inclusive, of the final selling price per dwelling.

The costs associated with the campaign and marketing
will be at cost and are set out later in this proposal as a
guide and framework to the possible marketing activities
and expenses.
