Method of sale
Over many successful years of experience in selling new developments our
recommendation will be to adopt the method of sale through private treaty.
By doing so:
- the sale price is clearly stated and provided to all buyers.
- Little or NO negotiation on individual dwellings.
- Pre-sales occur during pre-construction and construction stages.
- Ten Percent (10%) deposit is paid, which can be invested for purchasers.
- Our expert sales team manages the entire process of negotiation, sale and hand over.
