Coutarnoux
Ses vestiges de muraille fortifiée visibles au Nord ; sa « Maison des Goix », manoir du 15ème siècle avec sa tour d’escalier octogonale ; son église et sa chapelle des Goix érigée en 1522 ; anciennes carrières de pierres blanches de Crot Rateau et Champ Retard réaménagées (pierres que l’on retrouve sur la Basilique de Vézelay) ; son lavoir ; son abreuvoir et sa fontaine ; son portail d’un ancien prieuré du 16ème siècle.
The remains of its fortifications (visible in the northern area of the vil- lage); the «House of the Goix »: a manor of the 15th c. with its octagonal staircase in the tower; its Church and its chapel of the Goix built in 1552; the old converted quarries of «Crot Rateau» and « Champ Retard » ; its wash house ; its drinking trough and its fountain ;
the gate of an old priory of the 16th c.
Dissangis
Ses deux lavoirs, l’un étant doté d’une voûte en arêtes, l’autre, construit par Edme Tircuit, possédant une concrétion calcaire au centre du bassin ; son église construite selon deux styles différents : le clocher et le porche du 12ème siècle puis le por- tail et l’intérieur de la grande nef du16ème siècle.
Its two wash houses, one having a groined vault, the other having a
limestone concretion at the center of the pond ; its Church built according to two different styles; the bell-tower and the porch dating from the 12th c. then the gate and the interior of the
tall nave belong to the 16th c.
L’Isle-sur-Serein
(Insula Manduborium au 12ème siècle) : son église Saint-Martin de 1837 de style toscan avec ses boiseries et son autel corinthien ; sa fontaine du 19ème siècle ; ses vieilles demeures ; sa Tour de l’Evêque ; ses vieux châ- teaux ; son Temple de l’Amour ; son lavoir “la fontaine” Dargeot et sa lé- gende; les Antes.
