Q4, she ranked #6. She drove her team to achieve 12 out of 12 months of @Work performance
reaching 150% of her quota multiple times, setting a record for any store in NJN of 169 @Work
activations in the month of November. Jessie’s year-end ops ranking for 2016 was #2 in Tri-State.

Mistie led a region-wide effort to collect water and donations for customers and employees in Flint,
MI. She was also instrumental in working with our vendor, Assurant, to secure a large donation to
the United Way of Genesee County that went directly to the relief fund for the residents of Flint.
Through all of Mistie’s extra efforts and responsibilities, she has been able to lead her team to
