Tina keeps her eyes on the prize and works through her RSM team to motivate and help the district
accept change. Through all the craziness of the business, she took the right risks by hosting
developmental training and quarterly RAM meetings to ensure the district is aligned with company
initiatives.

Brandon’s commitment to implementing commissions and reporting solutions for the field are
surpassed by none. He was a driving force behind the successful alignment between the ECS and
SORT systems.

Dontay Taylor

Dontay has continued to lead by example in the KCE District as a RAM in 2016. He has done this in
three locations: 12th & Main, Gladstone, and now in Blue Ridge. He worked tirelessly at 12th & Main
taking the store from the worst to the best ranked overall in the district.

Alex Tejano
District Manager, Retail Sales | Concord, CA
Alex distinguished herself this year with stepping up to a difficult challenge. Her peer DM, friend,
and long-time mentor unexpectedly passed away. While still grieving herself, Alex agreed to
transfer districts to cover the leadership vacuum left by this tragedy. She has successfully honored
the memory of her friend while finding the right balance of results focus as the team is adjusting to
a new normal. 49
