During Hurricane Matthew, Nick led relief efforts to get supplies like water, personal hygiene items,
and phone charging to thousands of people by orchestrating two mobile showroom store trucks to
be turned into hurricane preparedness vehicles for North Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas with
just a couple of days notice.

When a Retail Sales Associate had a serious medical condition and was rushed to the hospital,
Morganne was by his side throughout the ordeal. She kept the RSA’s immediate team up to date on
his progress as he spent more than two weeks in the hospital. We should all be as fortunate to have
a friend and teammate like Morganne.

Nate Paikoff

Nate suffered devastating adversity at the start of his tenure at Cedar Park, and his ability to stay
resilient brought his store to high-volume status. The store he took over had a metric (pre-paid) that
it struggled to hit on a consistent basis. He came in and changed the culture. The effect that it had
on our prepaid metric was tremendous!

Over the summer, Josh delivered amazing results with the NE Mobile Showroom. Josh also
introduced live video feeds with social media. Josh collaborated with various channels to ensure
the tour was a success.
