Arvind took the lead on our high-profile LTE rollout program (LTE on 700 Mhz and 1900 Mhz),
working closely with other teams breaking weekly records. The result of this fast roll out was the
NYC market stayed ahead of the capacity needs by maintaining the congestion levels below 2%,
while traffic was continuously increasing.

in the multi-vendor ILD & Direct implementation that increased traffic by 60% and decreased cost
by 40% with an increase in quality of 15%.
