                                       Upendra provided solutions for huge CHUB data loads that reduced the time for implementation
                                       from 6 hours to 30 minutes. Baseline documentation he created (CHM19) has been used as a
                                       standard/example for other Control Operators to follow to meet SOX compliance.

                                       Komes was the brain behind the EDGE pattern that resulted in consistent low application load
                                       times for T-Mobile app. Even though multiple system calls were required for providing the customer
                                       their order status for iPhone 7, the actual average response time was sub 75ms. Komes was able to
                                       deliver this capability from concept to launch in less than 30 days.
