Carl Brown

Carl’s contributions in leading the creation of the National RFDS platform are driving a cost saving
of $3M by reducing the need for expensive audits. This system is now being used to forecast
orders.

Norberto Camacho

Norberto (Bert), proved to be a pivotal leader for the Central Florida market switch and field teams
in 2016. He also project managed a $10 million renovation on the Orlando switch facility.

Tom Cast
Sr. Director Messaging Services and Systems Design | Bellevue, WA

Tom took on the role of leading the DIGITS project early this year. He also owns the delivery of
all the Messaging services (Text Messaging, Picture Messaging, Rich Communication Services,
Voicemail), including key new platforms like message store and customer database, over the top
clients for Android and iOS devices, and required regulatory services like 911 and CALEA.
