Practice of holistic nursing care for the women having normal health status, minor
deviations, health risks and health complications during pregnancy, labor and postpartum
periods, including their newborns; rational drug use; using nursing process to promote optimal
health, prevention, caring and rehabilitation; attending and birth assisting; assisting
obstetrician in performing obstetric procedures; including holistic care; using evidence based
practices, concerning to safety, individual differences and culture; family participation, based
on professional standard, related laws and professional ethics
