Personal Strategic Planning
When strategic planning, the specific to dos are vital to the implementation of your vision. Where I see many fail is that they spend 90% of their energy on the big picture and meta- issues and spend only 10% on the job that needs to be done to make the vision a reality.
Strategic planning can be reduced to six verbs:

◗ Brainstorm ◗ Plan
◗ Work
◗ Execute
◗ Revamp
