Commercial Model:
A strategic marketing and sales plan will begin in January 2020. Following successful trials, the team have given
themselves a 3 month sales cycle as this is when brands start budgeting their research and thus targets have
been set from April 2020. Please see a 3 year forecast below based on market knowledge and engagements
with potential customers.
Pricing of monthly access to the Primary Market Insights Live BI Dashboard will be based on FMCG Category
Contribution & Brand Market Share. A tiered pricing model will be offered based on the mentioned criteria
and the brand requirements. In the first Financial Year a minimum price of R25 000/month/brand
and a maximum of R50 000/month/brand will be the spectrum of tiered pricing. Primary Market Insights will
use a penetrative pricing model to grow new customers. In conjunction with the planned store rollout PMI
expect an incremental demand for this offering. The A2Pay partner believes our projections are conservative
based on his industry experience.
6.5.2. Direct advertising to merchants
Overview:
A2Pay developed a self-managed and highly visible advertising platform which appears on the home screen of
any trading A2Pay device in the market. The benefit of this advertising portal is that the merchant can receive
updated communication/advertising and it remains top of mind as it is always visible during trading hours.
A2Pay have used this screen to successfully launch new products and drive sales campaigns in the past. The
tool can also be configured to display on selected store screens in specified areas.
