Financial Services Revenue:

As per the existing Financial Services model, A2Pay will earn interest on any loans issued.

Phase 3:

A2Pay have considered the idea of setting up a Wholesaler to supply all Spaza Stores and effectively using
FMCG Brand Enterprise Development funds to discount prices for South African Store Owners and ensure they
are as competitive as possible. This would be the ultimate stage of the Wholesaler Ordering Platform once
credible knowledge has been built in phase 1 and 2.
