transactional fees will be highly competitive in relation to the current market offering. A2Pay and the
mentioned partner will split transactional revenues 50/50.
Benefits of adding this commercial solution to the A2Pay system include the following:

VAS sales, offers funds for stock purchases and locks the store owner into the A2Pay eco-system

6.6.4. Liquor Retailers:
A2Pay has conducted research and pilots into the Liquor retail market. The A2Pay Jobs Fund programme does
not support any stores that sell liquor and thus leaves a commercial opportunity.
Based on research some of the main pain points the A2Pay system solves for the Liquor retailer are as follows.
All main challenges can be overcome using the A2Pay system.
Trusting employers who work in the store
Managing stock on hand quantities
Managing cash movement
Calculating sales (Turnover/GP)
Accepting card payments
Tracking sales history
A commercial model has been created to provide Liquor Retailers with the A2Pay system on a financed model
or as a once off cost.
A2Pay has had a number of stores using the system in a Liquor retailer since 2017 and generally due to the
high profit margins made in the store and training initiatives by some of the leading Liquor suppliers, store
owners are generally astute and understand basic business principles well.
An additional benefit to supplying Liquor Retailers with the A2Pay system is to generate additional sales for the
Primary Market Insights entity by selling transactional data to Liquor Suppliers.
