7. Management Team

Overview:

Bert founded A2Pay in 2009. He has devoted over 40
years to entrepreneurial endeavours and initiatives in
the electronics, telecommunications and IT industries,
both in South Africa and offshore. He qualified with an
international MBA and has played an important role in
developing the underserviced retail market in both
South Africa and Mexico.

His vision for entrepreneurial endeavours is
something which sets him apart where his tenacious
character will not allow him to stop until the project

Bert Roux has been successfully implemented. The result of this
visionary’s influence is a sophisticated and
customised technology platform which is geared for
Founder & Chairman scalable growth.

Overview:

A qualified chartered accountant Dave was a financial
director before entering the entrepreneurial world by
starting his own advertising agency. He spent the next
30 years as owner-manager of various businesses. He
sold an automated mailing business to Pitney Bowes,

the US based conglomerate in 2000 and sold his last
business – a black empowered office automation
company in 2007. Dave acted as a business

consultant with the emphasis on marketing and
financial management before joining A2Pay as CEO.
