consisting of two floors of office
accommodation, roof plant-room
and a lower ground floor car park.

The project comprised of internal
core areas with modifications
to the building facades and
main entrance and the required
installation of new mechanical,
electrical and public health services
throughout to provide grade A
office accommodation suitable for
the 21st century.
MKP consultants provided
detailed mechanical and electrical
design services using 3d modelling
software to assist with co-
ordination and improve installation
times.
