Wrap this fluffy thing firmly around the wire in a spiral, snugging up the
wraps tightly and finally seizing the other end. Completing this last step is not as
difficult as you might imagine—the manila and waxed twine set in place quite
nicely. (Using electrical tape as bedding is unnecessary, and it will only serve to
trap moisture.)
