Taking each of these preparatory steps will better equip you for the exciting process of setting
         your goals for the future.
Essentially, having goals helps you determine where you started, where you are now, and how
much further you need to go. In this manner, your goal setting can serve as milestones and
benchmarks that help you determine how well you're progressing towards your most important
         goals

There is a lot of information and guidance included in this session which may seem a lot to take
in. However, having travelled this far in the course, it’s important to agree to progress to this most
important of stages, where you will take everything you have digested to perform the most vital
         part of the process.
If you were only given five minutes to hear the most important thought and piece of advice
about becoming happier and more successful, that advice should be:
“Write down your goals. Make plans to achieve them. Work on your plans every day.”
