To offer help is:
1. to give assistance or support to someone
e.g.: Do you want me to help you with the math homework?
2. to make something more pleasant
e.g.: Let me get you an aspirin for your headache.
3. to be of use or benefit
e.g.: Perhaps I could assist you in some way.
5. Discuss with your friends.

Expression to offer help are expression which are used when you want to help someone to do
something.
