The Del Webb Experience…An Insider’s View
A personal story...
As we work on our quality of life, both physically and mentally, now and
for the future, we have discovered the importance of exercise and to keep
moving. To accomplish this we have a wonderful gym, a nice variety of
exercise classes, pool, hot tub and an on-site experienced personal train-
er. In the past we have not made exercise a priority and the gym seemed
way out of bounds. However, both of us are managing our health issues
to include making it a priority to work out at the gym three days a week
with our trainer and we are seeing positive results. And we have become
part of a really special “sweat” support group.
