COMMUNITY GIVING

Resident Penny Meneni coordinated a donation drive for Kaiser. Residents dropped off
loads of snacks and cards. Penny said it took 3 1/2 flatbed cart trips to get it all upstairs
at Kaiser. The items were distributed to the entire Kaiser staff. Thank you for being so
supportive!

To Penny, Bob and their amazing community and friends, thank you from the bottom of
our hearts. We could feel the support from all of you! The snacks were shared with
every corner of the
hospital. They were passed
out to the ER, the disaster
tents, Radiology, Surgery, Adults, NICU, Materials Management, EVS, Mother Baby,
Pediatrics and PICU staff. You put smiles on everyone’s faces! The coffee was a
hit! Each and every person said it was their lucky day to be at work! Isn’t that
crazy? Everyone was happy to be here on the day the treats were passed out! Our
bellies are full and we are renewed with energy to be prepared for whatever the days
ahead bring us.
