2. Click on the Edit button next to the manager you want to edit in the list.
3. On the Update a Manager page, select the tab for the information you need to edit and make the
changes.
4. Once you have made the required changes, click the Update Manager button on the bottom of
the form to save your changes and return to the Managers page.
5. If you do not want to save the changes you have made, simply click the Cancel button to return to
Managers page without making any changes to the system.
6. Your managers can update the details on their Profile page as well as their email and password.
They do not have access to change their administrators, the accounting information, permissions
or subscription type. Only administrators can edit these sections.
Deleting a Manager
You can deactivate a manager temporarily or delete them permanently from Self Manager:
1. To deactivate a manager, click on the Edit button next to their name on the list on the Manager
page.
2. On the Update a Manager page, change the manager’s status from Active to Inactive by
deselecting the This manager is active? tick box.
3. To complete this change, click the Update manager button on the bottom of the page.
4. Once a manager has been made inactive, their details are hidden on the system unless you select
the Include Inactive Managers tick box, available in the filter area on most pages.
