               Creating Help Sections (Page Content)

               Super administrators can add their own help topics specific to their organisation’s policies and
               procedures on how to use their Self Manager systems (e.g. manuals for payroll procedures, sick leave
               policies, timesheet documentation, etc.). These topics will appear on your managers’ and or/
               administrators’ Help Section on Self Manager.

               Page Content Overview
               1.    Acting as a super administrator, select Page Content from the My Organisation drop down menu
                     to access the Page Content page.
               2.    If another super administrator in your organisation has already added content, you will see it in a
                     table on this page. You can filter the help content by which user type it is visible to by using the
                     drop-down menu on top of the form.
               3.    The form gives you information about each help page’s name, whether it has been published,
                     what user/s it is visible to, who published it (Owner), and number of attachments.
               4.    The buttons on the right-hand side of the form allows you to edit and delete the pages. It is
                     recommended that you unpublish a page rather than delete it completely to ensure you don’t
                     lose any information.
               5.    You can use the page numbers available directly below the form to navigate between pages if you
                     have a large amount of page content.
               6.  To view the contents of a specific Help page, simply select it from the list and click on it.
