5. You can make managers active again at any time selecting the tick box (This manager is active?)
again on the manager's Account tab when you are in editing mode (make sure you tick the Include
Inactive Managers tick box first to make the manager visible on the Manager list).
6. To permanently delete a manager off your system, click the red Delete button on the list next to
their name in the list on the Managers page.
7. You will get a pop-up warning that tells you that this is a permanent change. Make sure you are
100% sure that you want to permanently remove a manager before you select this option and
that all the necessary data has been exported from Self Manager.
8. You cannot retrieve the manager's information after they have been deleted unless you contact
your Manage It representative. This data retrieval will incur a fee.
Acting as a Manager
Your managers may choose to complete parts of their system set-up and administration themselves by
logging into their profiles, depending on the level of administrative control they want. However, you
may need to assist your managers when they start using Self Manager, especially if they for some reason
are unable to perform certain tasks themselves. There are other times when it is simply easier to go in
and act as a manager to perform certain tasks.
Acting as Managers and Switching Between Logins
1. With your Administrator login access on Self Manager, you have the ability to switch between
your administrator login and your managers’ logins. This can be useful when your managers
