return the money invested in the products plus an incentive for its hard work, control, and

                  dedication in the product made; this value represents a benefit for companies. {BODY
                  EXPLANATION}

                         Another effect of globalization in Ecuador is negative. Most of the companies have

                  sufficient quality standards to negotiate with the raw material, but not to compete with the
                  companies dedicated to the manufacture of the same product, since they have a high deficit

                  of knowledge in technology, they are forced to sell their products at a low price due to high

                  demand. Many companies replace workers with machines that have the ability to produce
                  more in less time. {BODY EXPLANATION}

                         Then, at the end of the 1940s and more strongly in the 1950s, the production and

                  export of bananas have been helped many small and big businesses to counteract the effects
                  of globalization. As a result, Ecuador has been able to stand out from the economic problems

                  of the past forty years, through the production and export of bananas and cocoa. As

                  globalization grows it pulls nations closer together. {SUMMARY CONCLUSION}
