Another effect of globalization in Ecuador is negative. Most of the companies have
sufficient quality standards to negotiate with the raw material, but not to compete with the
companies dedicated to the manufacture of the same product, since they have a high deficit
of knowledge in technology, they are forced to sell their products at a low price due to high
demand. Many companies replace workers with machines that have the ability to produce
more in less time. {BODY EXPLANATION}
Then, at the end of the 1940s and more strongly in the 1950s, the production and
export of bananas have been helped many small and big businesses to counteract the effects
of globalization. As a result, Ecuador has been able to stand out from the economic problems
of the past forty years, through the production and export of bananas and cocoa. As
globalization grows it pulls nations closer together. {SUMMARY CONCLUSION}
