Low voltage or spikes observed. Unplug TP sensor connector [88B] and measure voltage between Terminal 1 (+) and Terminal 2 (-) with ignition ON. Is reading 4.8-5.0 volts? YES Disconnect ECM from Breakout Box. Check resistance between ECM cav- ity 24 on Breakout Box to chassis ground. Greater than 1 megohm? NO Find short to ground on GY/V signal wire. 2006 Softail: Engine Management (EFI)
