Excessive Vibration Wheels and/or tires worn or damaged. Engine/transmission/rear wheel not aligned properly. Primary chain badly worn or links tight as a result of insufficient lubrication or misalignment. Engine to transmission mounting bolts loose. Upper engine mounting bracket loose. Ignition timing advanced due to faulty sensor inputs (MAP , CKP)/poorly tuned engine.  Internal engine problem.  Broken frame. Engine counterbalancer out of time. Check Engine Light Illuminates During   Operation Fault detected. See Softail Models Electrical Diagnostic  Manual.  LUBRICATION SYSTEM  Oil Does Not Return To Oil Tank  Oil tank empty. A Spark Plug Fouls Repeatedly Fuel mixture too rich or enrichener left on too long.* Incorrect spark plug for the kind of service. Piston rings badly worn or broken. Valve guides or seals badly worn. Pre-Ignition or Detonation (Knocks or   Fuel octane rating too low.  Faulty spark plugs. Incorrect spark plug for the kind of service.
