X500 solve PCI device has the compatibility issue





      Symptom:

      Can not detect the PCI device or system can detect the PCI device, but has the
      compatibility issue

      Guidance:

      1.     Check if PCI device can found in device manager.
      2.     Try 150watt AC adapter.

      3.     Try to set CPU single core.(please refer to below photography)

      4.     Recover OS to Getac default image
      5.     Can PCI device work with other unit or desktop PC.

      6.     Provide PCI/PCIE device information (Brand,model,Power)

      7.     Send the device to us for analysis.
