For instance, during my community development programs, I learnt event management, strategic planning, personal branding and team building through my daily experience and working with people. One of the activities I was always engaged in was “Youth Development and Vocational Skills Trainings”. While engaging in these activities, I freely learnt the impact of formal education in skills acquisition. I was able to then advice young people on their personal development choices and career development.
Parents and education stakeholders started believing in me.
