PHARMACY

Prescription benefits are included within the medical plan options available to McLarty Automotive
Group and it’s employees. The prescription benefits are built around different pricing structures, or
“tiers,” which enable you to control the cost based on the types of medications you select. When
you obtain your medications at a pharmacy, you will be responsible for satisfying a copay or your

deductible, depending on which medical plan you chose, and the cost will depend on the medication
and its corresponding tier.

Mail Order Program—“3 months for 2.5x” cost of retail pharmacy

Prescription plan participants can use the mail order program to obtain valuable savings when ordering
up to 90-day supplies of maintenance medications.
• On the PPO plan you pay an amount equal to two and a half times the retail copay for a 90-day supply
• On the HDHP plan your cost will apply to your deductible and then 20% coinsurance. Mail order is

available for a 90-day supply and allows discounts for using mail order.
