               Warm-Up:
                   •  Frankie Dance: rock spine back-forth, side-side, fold at the waist to stretch out

                          o  Upper Body: figure eights, wave, swim, back stroke, sprinkler
                          o  Lower Body: hug a tree, high knees, little kicks, heel touches, toe touches,
                              crisscross jumps, Big X
                   •  Stir the Soup in different speeds & directions
                   •  Vocal Warm-Up: speak, whisper, shout, sing,
                   •  Calm Body
