Finnish Cabbage Casserole
This extremely traditional Finnish dish is a healthy, filling holiday option that is
guaranteed to be a hit!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup white rice In another large pot, melt the rest of the
3 tbsp butter - divided butter and add the chopped cabbage and
1 pound ground beef, turkey, or bison the rest of the salt. Cover, and cook until
1 small onion, chopped soft while stirring occasionally, about
