• RoadCem used for access, working platforms for piling and compounds/laydown areas. Also incorporated as foundation
elements into permanent works.
• RoadCem constructed with soft and very wet existing cohesive soils.
• Piling rigs operated on RoadCem platforms to install bored piles. The piling contractor commented that the RoadCem
piling platform was extremely good and helped to collar the drill.
• RoadCem platforms were installed to the underside of the split level ground floor slabs (split level visible in photo) and
external areas to be block paved. Upon completion of the building construction work the external areas were swept up
and block paved with just 50 mm of sand to regulate.
• The Client considered that the use of RoadCem had made an otherwise very difficult project quite easy.
