OUR BUSINESS MODEL
It is important that ABBTF’s business model remains agile and flexible in an ever-changing environment.
ABBTF must be in a position to meet industry challenges and increased demands through a cohesive and
organised business model which is focussed on the following four pillars – Attract, Prepare, Placement
and Retain.
ABBTF must also work to close existing gaps in capability and services, whilst optimising efficiency and
capacity to address the skills shortage across the industry. This includes balancing the growing demands
on the organisation through innovation, thought leadership, organisational change, and an expanded
geographical footprint.
ABBTF’s refined business model now reflects our strategic objectives and will drive a suite of operational
activities which are focused on candidate care, the apprentice pipeline, filling vacancies, individual and
team responsibilities.
