                  K. CONTINUATION OF GROUP INSURANCE UPON TERMINATION

If you are covered by any of the health insurance plans offered by Molzen Corbin, a
federal law known as the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act
(COBRA) of 1986 allows you to continue health insurance plan coverage at your
own expense if you terminate employment, are laid off, or your coverage is reduced.
Healthcare continuation applies to all terminations, both voluntary and involuntary,
and to all covered individuals, except in cases where an employee has been
                         discharged for gross misconduct.

Upon termination, the Human Resources Department or its Third Party
Administrator will forward, via regular mail, the pertinent COBRA information and
enrollment forms to the eligible persons. Under the law, the person eligible for
continuation of benefits has 60 days from the qualifying event to elect coverage. It
is that person’s responsibility to notify the appropriate person.

                  L. OPEN DOOR POLICY

The purpose of Molzen Corbin’s Open Door Policy is to implement its philosophy
that all employees should have free and immediate access to management to raise
any type of work-related concerns. To maintain an open and productive working
environment and one that is responsive to your problems and concerns, Molzen
Corbin encourages you to raise your good faith concerns with your immediate
supervisor. If your immediate supervisor cannot find a solution that is satisfactory to
you, either or both of you can take the situation to the Chief Administrative Officer
                         or the Chief Executive Officer.

If the situation is one in which you do not feel comfortable addressing with your
supervisor, you may bring a concern or a question directly to the Chief
Administrative Officer or the Chief Executive Officer at any time.
