Molzen Corbin takes employee concerns made in good-faith seriously and
complaints are accepted in writing or orally. In no event should an employee wait
more than five days after experiencing or witnessing a suspected violation of
Company policy to raise a concern or submit a complaint. Molzen Corbin shall
endeavor to complete investigation of the same within 15 days of an employee raising
a concern or submitting a complaint. While it may not be possible to share the details
or results of the investigation with the party who first raises the issue, the employee
who has submitted a complaint will be informed when the investigation is concluded
and instructed to report again if further alleged violation occurs.
To the extent possible, Molzen Corbin will keep confidential employee expressions
of concern, investigation of the same, and the terms of resolution. Dissemination of
information to others may be appropriate during the process of investigating and
resolving employee concerns.
