3. In-Service Training. From time to time, you will be expected to attend
training sessions conducted by members of the Company or outside experts.
These may be offered when a new project is undertaken with a team that
needs to be brought up-to-date on the latest developments, to introduce a new
technology of interest to all the technical and professional staff, or to
demonstrate a new technique or piece of equipment.
