                  C. CONTINUING EDUCATION

An employee’s professional effectiveness is a product of efforts to increase
knowledge and abilities. Molzen Corbin will make every reasonable attempt to adjust
work assignments to permit attendance at seminars and training sessions that can
help employees stay abreast of rapidly expanding technology in their respective field.

lodging, meals, and fees. Therefore, approval of seminar attendance and
expenses is necessary prior to any seminar. All seminar registrations require
the approval of the Technical Department Leader and Chief Executive
                                 Officer.
