correspondence with respect to corporate and project files. E-mail correspondence is
subject to the same laws of discovery in a lawsuit as formal correspondence and
should be viewed in the same professional manner as traditional correspondence.
Internal and external e-mail, voicemail, and text messages are considered business
records and may be subject to discovery in the event of litigation. Employees must
be aware of this possibility when communicating electronically within and outside
the Company. Any messages or communications used through this system are subject
to the Company’s anti-harassment, antidiscrimination, and non-solicitation policies.
Employees are expected to carefully compose and review the wording, tone and
content of communications prior to transmission.
